This afternoon we made pinch pot Galapagos turtles! We used lots of skills and had to follow instructions very carefully!
First we had to make a ball or sausage to cut into two pieces, one for the body and the other for legs, tail and head.
Phoebe made such a good pinch pot that she showed it to others so they could do the same!
We had to cross hatch the clay carefully and make some slip (clay glue) to make sure the legs, head and tail stuck carefully.
Next we had to roll two sausages, one for the legs, the other for the tail and head.
